All our container homes are supplied in good, sound condition, and are thoroughly inspected before they leave our premises to ensure they have no holes or leaks. The only requirement our clients have to meet is that the area wherever the units are to be placed is flat and easily accessible for a crane truck to offload onsite. 1.How much for a custom 2 bedroom model?
$15,000 for production, delivery cost will be determined by your location.

2. What's your delivery time?
Normal order delivery time is 3-7 days after receiving a deposit.
Big order delivery time should be confirmed with order management dept.

3. What are your terms of payment ?
50% deposit in advance, balance before shipment.

4. Is it difficult to build a prefab house?
Easy to install, installation video and guide book sent to you showing how to fast installation.
Or we can send an engineer or installation team to the construction site.

5. Do you provide on-site installation service?
Big projects provide installation services, Installation charge standard: 150USD/day, customer charge travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff’s health and safety.

6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
Quality first, 100% Strict quality checking before delivery.

7. How can I get the quotation of the project ?
If you have a drawing, we can offer quotations accordingly.
If you don't have a design, we will design some drawings for your confirmation, and then offer quotations.

8. What is your supply capacity?
We supply over 50 sets of standard container houses monthly.

9. Can we help to purchase the appliances and install inside?
We can help purchase some appliances if needed such as air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven etc, packed inside container ship together with container house.

10. How to get a fast quotation?
You tell us the container house type, size, quantity, material of roof, wall, floor and other parts, we will check and offer you a quotation. For the detachable container house and portable toilet, we can give you the price within 10 minutes after receiving your specifications.
